Submission Guidelines

Ainnir Publishing gives emerging writers a platform from which to launch their careers. And so we are interested in receiving manuscripts from writers who have not previously had a book published in that particular medium. For example, if you are a poet with a first collection already published, but have lately been writing short-stories, send us the short-stories rather than the poems*. We are interested in seeing poems, short-stories, novels, plays and non-fiction. Whatever it is, send it on. However, make sure that you send a stamped addressed envelope with sufficient return postage. Otherwise your manuscript may not be returned. We prefer to receive manuscripts in both hard copy and on floppy-disc. We do not take submissions via e-mail. All submissions should be sent to

*A few words of advice: before sending us your manuscript, please do what you can to promote your work yourself. If you are sending us a poetry collection, at least some of the poems in it should have been published in magazines or performed at public readings. If you are sending us fiction, you should preferably have at least had a short-story or an extract from your novel published somewhere during the past couple of years. If you are sending us a play, it should have been performed somewhere.
